I am trying to understand if there is a kind/brand of bread that I can eat.
What kind of bread is the best to eat for hair? (i.e. something without msg's, high fructose corn syrup, low glycemic, non-wheat, non-bleached, non-enriched, non-flower, non-yeast ??)
what else?
any specific recommendations? (is rice/almond bread any good?)

I would politely suggest trying the search function at the top left. Always select the Google way of searching the site as the sites own search function seems to be pretty broken. There was a similarish topic posted recently, take a look at it and see if you can gain anything from it here:
