too many vitamins??...email is a little lengthy, but only one main question really...just want to give as much info as possible...thx guys
Hey CS and IH forum,
So the last four or five days, in addition to the top 6 (except the vitamin D3 one), I've been taking Bao Shi supplements, GNC's mega men multivitamins (2 capsules daily), Greens+ (for those who don't know, it's your total daily required servings of fruit and vegs in a cup), as well as the LifeShake. With regards to the Bao Shi and multivitamins, I take those before food with the other pills in the regimen. With regards to the Greens+ and Lifeshake, I blend them together along with a little Grade B Maple and blueberries (syrup and berries for flavor). I know when taking certain vitamins in excess, your body flushes the extra them out (i.e vitamin b) ...I was just wondering if I continue to do so will it have negative effects?
I have been eating unhealthy for years, i.e. always eating eggs, pasta, bread, and very rarely any fruits or vegatables. THat is just a quick summary of what I basically eat, but what I am trying to get across is that I'm sure I'm sure that my body is starving for nutrients. Since I've started the regimen, a few weeks ago I've cut down A LOT on bread, gave up pasta, eat eggs w/salad, turkey and burgers, etc....and smaller portions. I've also cut out smoking for the most part, but honestly have a few at night (like 2 or 3 max). I plan to cut it out entirely soon though.
Especially as of late, I feel sooo much more energized and healthy....I exercise for about 1-1.5 hours a day, and when I sleep I feel much more rested than before....I just wanted to know, CS and company, although I've been eating unhealthy for years and have just started adding more vitamins, should I slow down soon, if not immediately?
Oh, fyi CS, I just bought the Aubrey's shampoo that you reccomended in the forums along with the spray-on tonic today...I didn't purchase the reservatol yet because of all these antioxidants I'm currently taking. I haven't added anything to the shampoo, even though I've read your posts about the synergistic benefits of DMSO and lithium when taken with the shampoo. Do you think I should incorporate that as well, or see how it goes without them for now and use them later?
Thanks guys, and below is the nutritional facts on the mega-men multivitamin, greens + and lifeshake
