B12 may even help those with hair loss based on it reducing peroxynitrite.

Would skip the supplement though and go right to the shot or the patch, IME.

Yeah, it will help lower homocysteine which is indirectly associated with AGA too (heart disease). I just got some methyl b12 and folic acid to inject from the doc.
