Food Inc.; this is why...

wow! i finally saw FOOD inc., and its obvious why we lose our hair, our health is crap!!

Pretty Scary movie for sure! A clue into just how corrupt the FDA is huh? Genetically modified Soybean OIl and Corn Oil in everything at the supermarket. Not to mention all the other stuff and how the animals are treated. Since I saw that movie, I have gone as organic as possible. Course when your out on the town, it can get difficult. That's where antioxidant supplements like those in IH regimen really help out. Frightening that all our food is controlled by just 4 companies and they are essentially poisoning it with their methods.........

I have the movie kicking around here, I'll definitely watch it this evening.

My friends call me paranoid because of my measures of restricting processed / large amounts of cooked food / non-organic. I personally think I'm just the right amount of paranoid, haha.

Two other great videos to watch are Raw For Life, and Food Matters.

These focus more on detoxification and healing by nutritional therapy.
Definitely worth looking into, after adopting some of (but definitely not all, I don't believe that an entirely vegan diet is healthy) the practices preached in the films I feel much better.

Now this is a great example of bad fats! Completely agree that anyone eating this crap will eventually develop health problems. I don't know where you live, or if you have ever lived in small town America, but there are very few healthy food options in most of our country. We are all headed toward extinction.

That new KFC sandwich is obscene, man.

My friend tried it recently. About 30 min after he ate it, he started acting funny. He skin became oily, he started sweating, and he said he kept "smelling cigarette smoke" and tasting metal in his throat. It was bizarre. Needless to say, he called me up the next day & said he had the runs all night & even had to miss work.

That's not food -- it's a death wish.
