I would like your opinion on this, i am looking to get a UK source to compliment my daily Curcumin intake. However i was thinking this may be a little strong.

coco - When buying resveratrol look for Trans-Resveratrol in the the amounts of 100 to 250 milligrams. No need to get an amount any larger than that.

coco - The one you listed is not particularly ideal. Ideally, look for one Trans-resveratrol that yields 100 to 250 mg. If you use iherb.com opt for the UPS so you won't be charged for customs.
