Can you take too much Resveratrol?
Swanson is running a sale on a Resveratrol complex. Buy one get one free...So I ordered some. Still plan to stick with the country life as my main component for it.. But I thought these would be nice to just load up and get some extra Resveratrol throughout the day. But curious if there is any adverse effects from taking too much? Or is maximum benefit reach at a certain dosage for the day?

Far too little Resveratrol for you to be concerned. You can run hundreds of milligrams of this stuff today, perhaps over a gram, and you'd be fine.

The ideal amount of resveratrol (trans-resveratrol) is beteen 200 and 300 milligrams per day depending on body weight.
