I need your advice Empty I need your advice

Hi guys

Ok, here's the deal. I would very much like to try the natural way, which is why I have been hanging out here for some time. My problem is that each time I am about to purchase some product to use, I get second thoughts. For example:

1) I am about to order resveratrol and curcumin, but I read somewhere that it is bad for thyroid levels.
2) I am about to order nettle extract, but then I read on some bodybuilding-site that it actually increases DHT.
3) I want to use beta-sitosterol, but I read somewhere (I think it was here, but I can't remember who wrote it) that it gave them sides, e.g. spots.

What should I do? It seems that no matter what I try, I always get cold feet and I really want to get started with this. My situation is not that bad (I'm 23), but I would like to deal with this problem before it is too late.

Any advice?

Best regards,
Jim.

Lambaugh - Resveratrol is considered a potential treatment for hyperthyroidism, because it is somewhat goitrogenic, but does that mean we'll get low thyroid from it? No, only in the absense of iodine or a deficiency of iodine can there be any risk for this.

Resveratrol is good for the thyroid, because it encourages healthy apoptosis in thyroid cancer cells.

Curcumin is also good against thyroid cancer.

Any studies showing suppression of thyroid activity by curcumin only occurs in rats at old age, but not in young rats. I haven't seen any research on thyroid activity in humans that is negative.

Nettle does not increase DHT, quite the opposite actually.

Beta Sitosterol can cause sides, when taken in excess amounts. I recommend 50 to 100 mg twice per day (if you're young, otherwise you do not need it).
