Hey everyone,

I'm new to trying to cure my hairloss naturally. In the past I have used both fin and minox with little success. I've been off the both of them for over 6 months now. The only thing I'm doing for my hairloss now is using a laser helmet twice a week and occassionally applying super zix 2 topically.

I'm trying to change my diet but it's hard when my mother cooks with a lot of oil and other things I believe to be unhealthy. What are you guy's suggestions to start eating healtier? I read through a list of things not to eat and will try my best to steer away from those. Any foods that are particually good to eat that will benefit hair?

For the last 2 hours I've tried to take in as much information on this site as possible through reading studies, trying to understand. However, I'm still confused on what to do. Is it generally okay for anybody to take all those internals? And, in your opinion, should I begin taking these as soon as possible?

Thanks

Noximous

Noximous, it's trial and error. You have to find out for yourself what's working well. A stuff - regimen - that's working for you, won't
work automatically for erverybody else. Maybe you start with the top 6 (http://www.immortalhair.org/mycurrentregimen.htm) - be patient - and after a while you decide what to add and what to drop.

I agree. This thing is very much trial and error.

The key to success is consistency. Apply zix atleast once a day and use the laser helmet more frequently.
