Unwanted Hair - Age Related - Ears, Nose, Eyebrows

This is slightly off topic, but I was wondering wether annoying hair growth, such as hair in the ears, wild eyebrows, excessive nose hair were an inevitable part of ageing or if they are driven by the same factors that cause hairloss.

In other words, food, nutrition and toxicity / immune issues leading to hormonal imbalances...

Someone once told me that 'crazy' hair comes from genetic issues as cells fail to replicate - but that sounds pretty made up to me.

I have alot of hairs growing out of my ears age related .. not sure what to do about it except cutting it every once awhile, which i always forget do anyhow.

I'm just wondering if it is related to a hormonal imbalance like MPB, or if it is uncontrollable...

Might be nothing, but I like to investigate as many options as possible...
