I know it woud be experimental but it apparently has a compund in it hundredsof times more powerful than hydrocortisoneat alleviating inflammation. You can find it in topical gels.I also saw one product(CANT FIND LINK) for $125 for 3 month supply of hair regrowth product containing manuka honey, propolis, royal jelly, and bee venom with 8 good reviews from the site but not sure if they were shills.Bee venom sounds like something interesting to try though

bocor I heard by word of mouth , hair regrowth was achieved by stinging the scalp with live bees. The whole area will be very sore for a few days.

I googled for more info , but found nothing about such a treatment for hairloss.

Interesting stuff. If you're allergic to bees could the venom react differently?

Anyone have links for a more cosmetically friendly product such as gel or liquid? Only thing I can find is this cream http://www.shopnewzealand.co.nz/en/cp/Bee_Venom_Cream

if ur allergic, u shouldnt ever use royal jelly, bee pollen or venom.

in my case my mother IS allergic, and has been clinically dead for 7 minutes b4 after being stung and analphalaxis or watever. I dont have that same reaction, i just swell like a balloon. Once my hand tripled in size. so i dont use these products, but i probably could and be ok.

"Bee venom simulates the release of cortisone (cortisol)"

Something I don't understand - cortisol is supposedly bad for hair which is why you need to keep it at bay internally by reducing stress levels etc, but topically is it good for hair? Or is it talking about a different type of cortisol (cortisone)?

If it stimulates the release of cortisol, could it also cause side effects such as thinning of the skin like hydrocortisone apparently does?
