Detoxification

I'm doing this detoxification; it's called greens of kamut. The first two days I tried to eat quite little and only vegetables and drank water, now I eat fish eggs and vegetables. Today (third day) I felt really weak in my body, I thought it was a result of the diet I'm currently on but then just an hour ago my vision faded and I started shaking, like a person with epilepsy. It really was a seizure. After calming down from the experience I started thinking what it could be, because it's clearly not from just eating a bit less and mostly vegetables. Maybe I started the detoxification to strong? On the product it says some might experience a to rapid detoxification if full dose is taken right away, which I did. Maybe too much toxic was released in my body at once for it to handle it? Please share your experiences and advice, this is the first time I've ever tried a detoxification. I've lived sort of a bad (used drugs and such) life prior to my awakening so let's just say I wouldn't be chocked if there is ALOT of toxic stacked up in my system. /Worried soul

Go more light with the detox and if using any topicals on your head discontinue them.
