Best Multivitamin

Due to my lifestyle, i dont tend to get the nutrition i require through my diet. At the moment, i seem to have a 'warchest' of various tablets incorporating the IH regime and also general well being. The amounts of supplements i take is starting to become a headache!
I now want to start a quality multivitamin so i can do away with the individual bottles of vitamins and make things much more manageable. I will carry on with taking things not available in general multivits and the IH regime too........just want to lessen the burden a bit!
Can anyody reccommend a good quality multivitamin?

Look into whole food/cell food.
