Oh i made a scoop today in the market!

Picked up a whole alaskian wild salmon, the very last one .. This stuff is so good once you try it you never go back to self-dead farmed ones.

I looooove salmon.
Wish I could get some wild salmon in here...
What I have access to is cheap in quality, of dubious orignis and mostly farmed... it's like chewing on mercury thermometers!

I know what you mean, I dont eat the farmed anymore .. did you know the norwegian farmed saloms has begun to mutate, with many birth defects. I hope you get the chance to try smoked wild alaskian. I eaten 1,4 kgram of it this week.

you guys should check out vitalchoice.com they offer frozen or canned wild red sockeye salmon that's absolutely delicious.
Prices are very reasonable too!
