Heres what Im doing, what am I doing wrong?
I have been holding back on making a thread on this, as I am trying quite a few things out, but I feel as though if I grab some input now, I may save myself some wasted time down the road. For some background, Im 23, Im relatively healthy outside of a physical heart issue, and Ive been losing my hair both at the hairline for about a year and a half, and globally for what must be closer to 3 years (though I cant be sure, as I used to buzz down bare clipper blade every 2 weeks). My diet consists primarily of meats and green veggies, eggs, and canned fish. Its been years since I have had any fast food, and I may have bread or pasta once a week, if that much. I get moderate body acne flareups every other month or so (not as bad as it once was), and I believe my one greatest issue to be my awful seb derm.
Heres what Im doing/using currently
-4x a week 200 diode laser helmet at a 0-15-15-0-0-15-15 frequency (just started this frequency a few weeks ago)
-Curcumin/resveratrol combo at one cap per day of each
-Lugols solution (because I believe my thyroid is all screwed up)
-Pascalite clay mix (clay, 2-1 bromelain to papain powder, jojoba oil, GFSE, hydrated with 4-1 ACV to aloe) on all laser days
-Homemade overnight topical of 1-1 aloe gel to 10% urea cream, 1-1 bromelain to papain (half a tablespoon of each in ~4-5oz of product), GFSE, and jojoba oil on non laser days.
- Mag oil
- 7-10 cups of iced green tea a day (90% of all I drink is green tea)
-Just started 60 mins LBI EOD with 4 diodes on the wrist
I have 2 main questions, and the first one is should I be doing something about androgens? I am wildly anti drug (havent so much as taken an aspirin in a very very long time), but would taking beta sitosterols and a few cups of peppermint tea a day make any impact?
My second question is is there something I could/should be taking to combat my seb derm? Topicals dont seem to have any kind of lasting effects (6 months of 2% nizoral did fuck all but give me bad hair days), and the dermatologist i saw wants me to dump corticosteroids on my noggin until things clear up. My scaling is so bad that I can hardly feel anything through it (.5mm dermaroller barely created any sensation at all, 15 hours of nioxin scalp renew gave no sensation at all, while it burned the healthy skin on my forehead pretty bad), and I think this is keeping me from reaping any of my laser helmets benefits. Any input on the subject of severe seb derm would be much appreciated.
I cant particularly afford things like ECE, but Im contemplating sacrificing a bit and trying brewers yeast an toco 8. If there is something someone with more knowledge on the subject can point me towards something I may not know about, or something I would benefit from, itd be wildly appreciated.

omega 3 might help and make sure you aren't magnesium deficient

I would say if your diet and supplements regime is in top shape and you continue to lose hair, i would definitely check into specific hormones and mineral deficiencies to make sure its not coming from one of these areas.

You say you eat a lot of eggs, they are a common allergen, maybe see if you have a food intolerance to them?
