Will eating estrogenic food help fight hair loss?

I haven't started losing my hair yet, but genetically I have about a 50% chance of losing it pretty soon (the men in my dad's side of the family start losing their hair in their 20's and usually have pretty dramatic loss by 30. The men on my mom's side of the family never lose any hair at all and usually die as NW1's or NW2's. My hair is almost exactly like my maternal grandfather's.)
I was wondering if adding a lot of estrogenic foods (apples, oranges, carrots, paya) to my diet would help me put off hair loss. I don't have much muscle as it is (to be honest, I don't care about muscle at all) so I don't care about the side effects as long as I don't start growing boobs.

Oh yeah, and in addition to that; my body produces too much calcium. I get kidney stones about once a year no matter how much water/lemonade I drink. I'm not sure if this makes me more likely to lose my hair or not, I heard that calcium builds up in the scalp and suffocates the hair follicles.
I'm getting surgery in a month to correct this problem.

CS, is the B6 contained in brewer's yeast enough (a dose of 20-30 tabs daily) or one should supplement with extra 5-P5 or plain B6?

well, obviously i meant 5-PP ...lol

edony - Even though the B6 content in brewer's yeast is not as high as a typical USP based B6, it's in the more active form and yields a greater energy potential. It should work okay.
