I know wheat is supposed to be bad for hair, but what about raw wheat germ and or wheat germ oil. Also what is the status of brewers yeast, sure seems to be alot of conflicting info. Thanks

Hydrogenated vegetable oils, followed closely by refined sugar. As you can imagine, this makes donuts the bane of your mane.

fadero - Wheat germ is a very fine food. No problem with it whatsoever.

EIC - That's a perfect line.

I'll add Potato chips is another bad one
