Hair loss and thin hair remedies.
If you are suffering from sudden hair loss and thin hair, then you should examine the reason for this. Any sudden change in your lifestyle, diet, or a sudden stressful situation or a massive shock can lead to lots of falling hair. If any of the situations apply to you, then you need to go ahead with your treatment accordingly. If not, and you are only experiencing generic hair fall, then you can spruce up your hair care program for good results. Just remember that the results may take about a couple of months to show, so do not be overly alarmed or impatient. The first thing any victim of thinning hair should do is to cut it short. Shorter hair is easier to maintain and will always appear better groomed than longer hair. Once your hair has been suitably cut in a style that will work to suit your face cut and bone structure, you should start a routine of maintaining your hair on a weekly basis. Condition regularly, as this is one of the most important things your hair requires. Nutrition cannot reach your hair unless you condition it well. You may use a regular conditioner, or even use hair oil as a suitable conditioner. You would have to apply hair oil to your scalp and roots and leave it in for about three hours before washing it off with your regular shampoo. Using coconut, almond, lavender or olive oil would be beneficial in this situation. If you can find pure vitamin E oil, this would be the best solution of all.
You should also try to deeply condition your hair with a paste made with lawsonia inermis powder and one whole egg. Make it runny so that it is easier to spread all over your hair and scalp. This needs to be done about once in two months for effectiveness. Remember that overusing this will not have any effect on your hair other than coloring it reddish orange! The other thing you must do is add red meat to your diet. If you are taking red meat, you will notice an improvement in your hair over time. You should also add more sources of vitamin A to your diet for improving the condition of your hair. Focus on carrots, as these are particularly good for great hair growth. Avoid using products like spray and mousse for about a couple of months to reduce hair fall as well.

Like some other vitamins, minerals and other compounds, only megadoses are the problem.
Preformed Vitamin A (Retinoids) in megadoses may cause hair loss, dry skin, etc. Natural Vitamin A precursors like betacarotene don't pose a risk.
