procelinyl...hmmm Empty procelinyl...hmmm

Saw a tv ad about a hairgrowth topical called revela. They're tooting a new molecule they call procelinyl which is furanyl methylthiomethylsulfanyltriazole. That's quite a mouthful lol. Has anybody heard of this particular ingredient? Sounds like it has a lot of sulfur in it. This lotion supposedly hydrates dry scalps and makes it easier for hair to grow. At least that's what I got from it. They really don't go into any scientific detail and their before and after pics aren't too impressive. Maybe all those other natural ingredients work synergistically to allow for some increased blood circulation perhaps.

INGREDIENTS
Argania Spinosa (Argan) Kernel Oil, Dimethyl Isosorbide, Ricinus Communis (Castor) Seed Oil, Octyldodecanol, Ethoxydiglycol, ProCelinyl™ (furanyl methylthio methylsulfanyltriazole), Citrus Paradisi (Grapefruit) Peel Extract, Olea Europaea (Olive) Leaf Extract, Tocopheryl (Vitamin E) Acetate, Polysorbate 20, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil

Nothing really new under the sun, does some things that are already well known, and essentially works via the Nrf2-ARE pathway.

Kind of like a sulfur derivative.
