Safety of stevia extract? Empty Safety of stevia extract?

Post  Balthier Thu Feb 10, 2022 5:50 pm

Wondering how safe the common sweets flavored with stevia(maybe monk fruit as well) are? Occasionally I'll have a zevia soda or something with stevia extract or Reb A, which is just one component of stevia vs the whole plant. Do you know much about this or am I better off just using some type of organic sugar?
