Is Curcumin still effective without Resveratrol? Empty Is Curcumin still effective without Resveratrol?

Lately I've been only taking Curcumin, without resveratrol. My opinion is that estrogen dominance could be a major factor in MPB, and with grapes/resveratrol containing estrogen, I've decided to avoid it.

So my questions is, is Curcumin still effective at fighting inflammation without also using Resveratrol?

There's lots of reasons to use resveratrol. Resveratrol is not pro-estrogen dominance, however it is sometimes misinterpreted that way.

Resveratrol is pro-anti-aging and helps improve curcumins effects in dozens of studies.
