I think shedding is a sign of MPB and the progression of it. I think we are always in a state of shedding, or at least I am since I've started losing hair years ago. A lot of the time I can get 40+ hairs to fall out when I gently rub my hands through my hair. On a good day, when I'm also feeling good emotionally, sometimes shedding is not as bad.. maybe only a few hairs will fall out when i brush my hands through.

The fact of the matter is I just can't stop shedding. I never stop.. its just the degree of it changes from time to time.

Has anyone here managed to stop their shed completely? By that I mean, were you able to have virtually zero hairs fall when you gentle tug at it? If so, what did you do in order to stop the shed?

Hi I think that I stop my shedding, or at least almost.

I am new on this forum and I will open a topic to present myself, talk about what I do for hair, and ask more advice.

But I pretty sure that I am not losing hair anymore.

Want I take a shower or when I put my hand in my hair, I find very rarely hair.

And when I gentle tug at it, I have sometimes, on the area where I think it still weak. But very less than before. MAybe some days, if I didn't try for a time, I will have around 40, but the day after never more than 5 a day.

the only thing I am afraid, it's my hair are very short, and maybe I don't see them fall like before when they were more long, but I am paying very attention, so I don't think, but I am not sure 100 %.
