Facial hair growth on IH: What is responsible?

What specifically in the IH regime could be responsible for the increases in facial hair growth/density that have been reported by some users?
My initial guess would be thyroid boost or decalcify.

An increase in insulin growth factor-1 is responsible for beard growth, (although good for scalp hair as well). Ecklonia Cava would be likely, as it goes increase this.
