How to Cure an Ulcer caused by Toxic Aspirin

A meat-eater I know might have a bleeding ulcer. This person says she had pain in the stomach. I'm not sure if it's an ulcer, but it looks like it. She probably has heartburn. She takes an otc heartburn pill once in a while. She used to take it long before she had an ulcer.
Observations I've made:

She takes 325mg aspirin a few times a week for headaches or other pain.

She has diarrhea almost everyday since about November 2015.

She may have had the bleeding ulcer since November 2015 or earlier. I think I remember there being bloody toilet paper in the trash at that time. There's definitely been bloody toilet paper lately. At first I thought it must be menstruation, but I don't think I've ever seen bloody toilet paper before. The diarrhea is definitely not normal for her. At first I thought the redness must be from eating beets or other red food, but I can't believe that anymore. She hasn't eaten beets in a long time.



I haven't asked her to confirm any of the observations I just listed. I was hoping she would go to the doctor, but she hasn't gone yet. The problem has not fixed itself.

Possibly unimportant info about her:

High blood pressure - She doesn't always take the medicine.

She eats lots of oil and meat. I've tried to make her go vegan in the past but she won't do it. She eats about only 3 servings of fruits and vegetables a day.

Her feces smell bad. They have smelled bad for at least 7 years. I don't know if they smelled bad daily, but sometimes they did. Recently they have started to smell worse. Sometimes I can smell it 10 feet from the bathroom. The smell makes me sneeze. I think she's been putting some sort of bleach or soap in the toilet water so that it won't smell. I haven't smelled it recently, probably because of this reason.
I can't explain what they smell like. My feces don't usually smell. It can't be normal.  Not sure if this is related to her ulcer.
She doesn't have smelly farts. Her feces don't smell like farts either.




I'll try to get her to eat some cabbage, but she doesn't like vegetables. I won't be able to change her diet. I don't have a juicer to make juice for her.
How do I cure her or should I tell her to go to the doctor?

How do I get her to stop taking aspirin? A while ago she said she had pain in her "waist" so she took an aspirin. That must be making things worse!

Sometimes they want to be sick

Sulfur is a missing link for the ulcer (yet there are many other ways to heal it also).

I had an ulcer, I stopped eating spicy foods, juiced more greens and fruits. It is almost completely gone now. I'll get the occasional flare up if I am really stressed or overdue the spicy food.

I juiced cabbage, kale, spinach, Char, Beets and various fruits. Licorice tea helped tremendously
