too much vit E bad for hair???
I've always liked the antioxidant vit E. But does too much cause hair loss? I take between 400 and 800 IU's a day. I thought I read in a merck manual that too much can cause hair loss but now I can't find that reference for some reason. Can this be true?

Re: too much vit E bad for hair???
In its full spectrum, (tocopherols and tocotrienols), it's absolutely pro-hair.
