Watched some videos on scalp pigmentation,  and it looked like a fun thing to do on myself. I have used needles before and the ink was not hard to research and make.  I will not be discussing how to do this to yourself, and it is not a good idea.. have it done by a pro for $1500 USD .

I know that my hair is slowly growing back to cover the area, and I really just don't care too much. I did mess up some areas with too dense of a covering.  But overall for a fun experiment,  it looks decent in darker light, and I do notice the response from ladies from having the front hairline.   Where done  correctly,  it is really hard to tell the ink from the hairs from a few feet distance.   In bright sun or light,  it looks patchy, like I dyed my hair and there is coloration spots on my scalp- but only where I messed up .   I put oil in the ink to have it sink in better,  this blotched some areas.  But in bright sun my scalp looks stupid anyhow,  so at least it is much better in the dim light.

my photo now,  in bright overhead light with most of my head shaved,  looks much better in evening light.. has faded some also
Some is hair grafts, some is regrow, with the pigmentation.

If you look good with a shaved head, maybe you might consider something like this below (by His Hair Clinic: scalp micro-pigmentation):
