Phytic acid, how to deal with it?

Trying to strengthen my teeth, I have read about Phytic acid and how it is friend or foe and pretty much lowers mineral absorption. Besides soaking foods or fermentation, how else can we offset the negative effects of Phytic acid? Or there a simpler way maybe another type of food or vitamin?
