Reverse premature grey hair Empty Reverse premature grey hair

Since I was a kid, I remember having grey hairs and now that I am 28, I have many greys scattered throughout my head. Recently I have noticed some in my beard.

Is there anything that can reverse or at least stop more grey hair from coming? I feel like maybe something can be done for those that are getting it prematurely.

Hey,
Ray Peat have mentioned that a topical copper solution turned his grey hair black.
There are some enzymes that are low active in grey hair. Tyrosinase is one, a neccesary enzyme in melanin production, and is copper dependent.

I just learned, thanks to CF, that emodin and reservatrol(and curcumin, I quickly searched) inhibits tyrosinase activity.
