Probably many reasons, because carbohydrate foods, which are 'fortified' with toxic non-heme iron will
contribute to gray hair.
Carnivore is devoid of seed oils, which ramp up oxidative stress
Have had a long going hypothesis that if one were to eat carnivore from early formative years, hair loss would not
be a thing. This is probably because of proper mandible development/jaw development. All the possible evidence behind this is in that book Nutrition & Physical Degeneration ~ Weston A Price.
