Excess Iron and hair loss?

Hey, I recently learned that Coriander and chorella are iron chelating.
Some dude is losing weight by chelating iron with coriander.

This might be another reason for Sage 1's succes.

Is it been looked in to?
Women bleed monthly too, so they don't store as much.

I'm always looking for ways to mitigate iron. Coriander seems interesting:

I tried to donate blood once to help with iron levels but chickened out in the waiting room, I was so, so mad...

Any tips for overcoming that fear?

Red Onions have 30~mg for 100g, Probably supplements to achieve that concentration.

I can though add in a bit, it's a staple on our dinnertable.
