Hello guys, I searched this forum and didn't see any topic about Black Currant Oil. I believe CS is using it too.

It's believed that black currant oil, pimrose, cod liver oil and the lot can have a very small impact in your prostaglandin pathways, if it does something, my suggestion is stick with it, its part of one of the supplements i have anyway.
