OT: natural ways to strengthen tooth enamel?

My dentist says my enamel appears to be naturally just on the weak side. I get cavities pretty easily but I am very diligent with my oral care. Brush/floss twice a day pretty religiously.
Ofc dentist reccomends fluoride but I was wondering what other ways?
Has anyone in my situation had success with anything? Is there a natural mouthwash/toothpaste out there without flouride that's effective?
