After reaching the 3 month mark on lasercap i've been shedding a lot of hair for the past 2 weeks, need help

the first 2 months were great, texture of my hair felt thicker and more bouncy, after 3 months my hair has never been worse, i've lost all the bouncy/thicker feeling hair and now my hair is limp and im shedding atleast over 80 every time i wash my hair which is every other day

Make sure you're not overdoing it. Less is more with lllt. Also, perhaps the rest of your regimen is not pulling its weight and it has nothing to do with the lllt not working. MPB>lllt if used as a standalone.
