Pumpkin Seed Oil; Internally or Externally? Empty Pumpkin Seed Oil; Internally or Externally?

Hey all

I was just browsing around, and this study keeps coming up:

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4017725/

Basically they took 400mg of Pumpkin Seed Oil per day to achieve the results, but it doesn't say anything about any sort of "extract", just plain old Pumpkin Seed Oil, so would it be a good idea to take Pumpkin Seed Oil internally?

One teaspoon is 5 grams, so 400mg is no problem (it's actually hard to take so little!), and it certainly doesn't taste bad.

Also, I was thinking to add Pumpkin Seed Oil to my skin care regimen as well, but is it too high in PUFA?

Thoughts?  Very Happy

I only use oils as carriers to my remedy, and personally i don´t think they act by their own, since once extracted fluidly and bottled, the nutrition is almost non beneficial.

Also, are pumpkin seeds (the whole seeds, not their oil) any good?
