Do you get the tingling feeling on the scalp on using a Chinese head massager (google it) ?
Relation between tingling sensation and blood flow in the scalp
I have a chinese head massager at home. (google it to see the image)
In the beginning my scalp used to get a tingling sensation on using it. Specially when others massaged my scalp with it.
Now, I dont feel any funny-tingling sensation on my scalp when I use it myself.
But today. I massaged my dry scalp vigorously. Applied some oil.. n massaged pretty fast again. Specially, rubbed all the sides, so that it generated heat in the scalp.. (I didnt risk rubbing my top too vigorously, just was little gentle there, cuz u know we are all worried about the top n temples.) I bent forward n massaged so that blood flows to scalp..
So.. totally massage might have just lasted 2-5 mins..
Then I just picked up my Chinese head massager.. And woahhh!!!! SUper duper funny tingly sensations, like I was doing it for the first time. So definitely there seems to be a Relation between Blood flow to scalp and tingling. Maybe it activated the nerves there..
Now. I want to know if its only us balding guys who lose sensations on the scalp with time.. or others too ?
Because If people will full hair on head always feel tingling sensations, it means their blood flow is a major factor in hair loss/growth. See where Im going with this ?

All I can say is that if I take my boar bristle brush and tap my temples with it before a DT massage session, I get no pain. If I do it after, I can definitely feel it.
