it's actually quite generic, and quite badly thought out, and mismatched, for example d3 needs k2,

let's keep it simple - if it supports your mitochondria and thyroid, take it. try to minimise herbs

if a supplement is raypeat forum approved, and approved on longecity, then take it.

- Omega-3, questionable. may have use for oiling antiques.
- Vitamin D3. needs k2.
- Vitamin B-Complex - individual b vitamins are preferred.
- Turmeric - questionable
- Garlic - smelly. smelly fish oil garlic breath , not good.
- Resveratrol - depends on quality
- Decaffeinated Green Tea - pointless ?
- Coconut Oil - capsules ?? just cook in it
- Oil of Oregano - pointless too
- Reishi - may help. quality varies massively.
- Lion's Maine - unsure
- Camu Camu - a generic fruit powder.
- Chaga - seems interesting
- Ashwagandha Root - too many herbs at this point
- Rhodiola Rosea - can reduce cortisol. is a good herb
- Holy Basil Leaf - not sure
- Passionflower - pointless
- Cordyceps Cs-4 - meh
- Humic/Fulvic Acid - may be okay
- Red Marine Algae - pointless
- Probiotics - more pointlessness

his hair isn't great

his supplement stack isn't great

he avoids all sugar and carbs

don't "lone wolf" (pun intended) a supplement.

generally, if longecity take it, and raypeat forum take it, it is safe. they back things up with science.
don't just take random rubbish - this is the path to failure

the simple act of swallowing 50 pills a day also affects digestion
