has anyone built a minoxidil dam?

Has anyone built some sort of a minoxidil dam? Something that would stick to the forehead, just below the hairline, and prevent the minoxidil from running down one's face? I ask 'cause am getting the eyebrows of an owl...

How about putting it on at night just before you lay down? Or maybe a head sweatband with an plastic liner around it.
