Would recommend other more natural methods instead of minoxidil. Minoxidil is not that effective and there is a risk of side-effects.

I got no luck with it but then I was using it sloppily. I think it is ok and can give results but I agree there are superior ways to save hair.
It also can give sides - my forehead is definitely wrinklier now than it used to be - 100% definite that was minoxidil.
It can also affect the heart apparently due to it's vasodilation effects (correct me if I'm wrong) but I experienced no issues personally with this.
