amazing proteins
I've added Whey Protein Isolate (40 grams in the morning - 40 g in the evening) to IH's regimen since a week and the effects on hair are quite amazing. I lose much less hair and the quality of hair is improved. I encourage anyone not taking proteins to give it a try and see. IH - Why Whey Protein is not part of your list on your website?
As for me, Whey works much better than amino acids taken separately (carnitine - taurine - glutamine...).
I think someone mentioned in this forum that "fast metabolizers" may need more proteins than "slow metabolizers". Any thought on that?

Enhanced life extension protein - they have added lactoferrin in it. This is 90 % protein. I'm not sure this is the best brand but it's still the least expensive here (I live in France).

Malik - Lactoferrin is terrific to have, since it seems to have a positive binding effect to iron and help rid microorganisms.

I take Whey Isolate as well, the NutraBio.com brand. I feel that protein deficiency is huge in folks, and the fact that protein is destroyed in the cooking process of meats can deceive people into thinking that they are getting enough protein per day when in fact, they're getting less than their bodies' need.
