Success Stories
I know that this has been done before, but I figure it's time for a new post: Those of you who have stopped your MPB (meaning no loss and/or regrowth for at least the last few months), who are you and what are you doing?
Please copy & paste this format into your replies (it'll make them far easier to read):
Age:
Age at which MPB started:
MPB stage (e.g. NW1, NW5, etc.):

Thanks in advance!

Re: Success Stories
Age: 28
Age at which MPB started: 23
MPB stage (e.g. NW1, NW5, etc.): nw 1.7?
Supplements: Ih top 6, aspirin, niacinamide, taurine, thyroid hormone, estroban, vitamin d and bentofimine livers/oyster once a week
Diet/lifestyle: been peating for about 4 months now, I work out 4 times a week.
Manuals been dting for 1.2 years now
Other:topical - niacinamide/caffiene/aspirin
Comments: My hair loss seem to slow down a lot ever since i started doing peats diet. My morning temperature has gone from 96 to 97.5-97.7 in the morning. I started noticing a lot of vellus hair around the 6-8 months mark when doing dt but it hasn't grown more than that...To be honest the only reason Im still doing dt is because I have put so much time and effort into it. Fixing your hormonal balance and getting all your nutrients is key to hair loss, imo. Hopefully Im right and I get all my hair back hahaha

Re: Success Stories
There's a certain irony with these types of posts.
It's a long journey for some to get to the "pay dirt," especially if they are trying to figure it out (trial and error).
The real irony is that when hair growth is achieved to the point where it's not a real concern anymore, there's not always a reason to be here. It's hard for me to visit all that often, however it's a good thing for me to keep up on some insightful posts.
Many have found different ways, and many still do visit here, but there's a point when there is no more motivation to post the same info as before.

I agree: silence can, in this case, mean sucess. But it can also mean lack of sucess.
Its very difficult (at least for me) to determine if my regimen is doing anything for maintaining my hair, because I will never know where I would be without it.
My guess is that most sucess stories in this forum range from slowing down hair loss to stop it.
