Pueraria Mirifica

I am currently just using topicals and plan on getting on IH's top three.
Should I also add in Pueraria Mirifica.
What are the benefits of it. Is it somewhat similar to propecia

hopeful - Pueraria Mirifica works differently than Propecia. It's still in the experimental stage, but if you use it, try between 250 mg and 500 mg (do not exceed this amount in a day).

CS, could you also mention something about the use of PM powder in schampo etc..

Would you recommend PM to be put on scalp over night as well?

Misirlou - It seems like a good idea and there's a few of us out there trying it right now. I'm not sure how it will turn out, but hopefully in a few months there will be some sort of consensus on its efficacy.

Has anyone else experienced extreme stomach discomfort as Gibson did?

If one gets gyno from this, will it go away by itself or do you need to get treatment.

Also, will one pill a day suffice or are 2 neccesary

I started to take PM about a week ago, I am taking one pill of ainterol PM once every other day.
My only concern is getting gyno. Is there something along with PM we can take to help combat gyno.

Also, to achieve some results is it necessary to take 2 pills per day, or will one pill per day or even one pill EOD make a difference.

Search for Gyno or "Bitch-tits" that should lead you to the possibilities.

hopeful - If you start to notice any sensitivity you'll know to withdrawal from it--It will go away. Using it every other day is really safe. Gyno is likley to occur when you exceed 500 milligrams everyday on PM.

This is a standardized version, it's not potent so it's safe at its full dose.

I'd recommend Ainterol 500mg, every other day, for at least 4 weeks, preferably 6. If you do not notice any sides, you can then try to up the dosage to 500mg a day. Try not to jump into it immediately, so your body has time to adapt.

If you experience gyno, cessation of use will allow it to subside. Speaking from not only first-hand experience, but the experience of a few members of this forum as well in the past.

I personally don't anticipate dumping PM tabs in the shampoo being of any positive benefit to anyone on this forum. PM, in liquid form, must be used as a topical overnight from what I've seen from Dr. Sandford Schwartz' research.

wut is the difference between pm kudzu or is it the same thing as pm?

1..... - They are very different. Different species of Kudzu but different properties also.

Would it be okay to take PM at night instead of in the morning?
How long before bed would you recommend taking it?
