Has anyone has actual success with Ecklonia Cava? I just order 20grams of it from eckloniacava.com and am going to megadose it higher than most people ever have.

Just got my supply in, 20 grams is deceptively small. Maybe a little goes a long way. CS, how long would it take to notice results from EC?

I never tried it

It always felt very magic bean-ish to me

Citrulline/arginine would do the same thing, or eating beet/beet juice.

Probably too low of a dose. Fibroboost or the Ecklonia Cava from hair evo are the best. However, be sure you know what you're getting into. I've heard it said that it takes at least a year to see if your supplements are working. If you have the funds, then go for it, if you're like me and are barely making it by, it might be better to be more frugal with your supplements. Green tea extract is very cheap, and a powerful antioxidant that used to be a part of the IH regimen if my research is correct.

Obviously it's been removed(even from the ancillary supplements) because I assume IH felt Ecklonia Cava, or something else, made it obsolete, but it was good enough in the past, so probably still a solid choice anyway. The research on EC looks amazing, but I'm not seeing a lot of user results, yet.

Probably the biggest misconception in hair loss treatments is that the treatments will be enough for all people. Ecklonia Cava is my favorite supplement for a lot of reasons. I could do a one hour lecture on it, because there's a lot of research on it, and it really stands apart from typical land based polyphenol products.

That being said, the most important thing to get the real effect from this or other supplements is to take away/remove underlying factors of inflammation. The problem is, it can be more than one thing and a difference set of things from one person to the next. However, of the most common problem is heavy metals.

In addition to dealing with that problem, there is also nutrients that heavy metals replace. One this problem is alleviated, there will be more effect from supplements in general.

iuyyighghghgkh - Those supplements you mentioned will not do the same thing. Not even close. In fact, it could literally do the opposite thing. While they both may increase/enhance nitric oxide, those NO precursors in many people will/can raise prolactin and also promote peroxynitrite (the dark side of NO).

Okay, I will consider that.
