Eye Exercises to cure Myopia

Hi,

I know this has been addressed before, but I still am quite unsure whether its possible. There is so much online about this. And there is even mention of hereditary vision problems and vision fatigue. Annoyingly similar to the alopecia versus MPB issue.

I've also come across a website selling an Eye Relaxer Device (eyecollege.com). Similar to the scalp massaging consistency and effort, its hard to keep up with these eye exercises as well. Thus the consideration of the device. There is very limited information online about it.

Any testimonials? I tend to not believe.. and I've know that method for years, but never tried it .

Some claim there are exercises you can do. Check out "The Bates Method" Vision Therapy might be another thing to look into. It is different than the bates method though...

I used to wear -4.25 contacts, and am now wearing -2.5 and see just as clearly as before. This was without any eye exercises, just a generally healthier lifestyle than before, and was done over the course of 2 or so years. I just get a lower number every time I order them basically.

in my opinion one of the few credible online source with science to back up reversing myopia.

i found his site so interesting i literally gobbled up the whole content of the site within a few hours after discovering it.

what is step by step guide to improving eyesight

A few years ago I started taking a lot of vitamin D for my seasonal affective disorter sometimes called the winter blues.
Caution you really need to get regular vitamin D test if you do this as it can be toxic and some people need to take a lot more than others. Well after a while my myopia improved and over the next 3 years I had to have my prescription changed for weaker lense 3 times. Now I see 20/30 unless I skip my vitamin D for a while. Sort of strange been needing glasses to drive since 1966 and now I don't need them.

Does reading with a plus lens help ?

At the blur point ?

Or does the plus lens change the eyeball shape back to normal anyway ?
