Years ago, thanks to Hulda Clark's information on m-iridium, I tried and I mentioned m-iridium from oceanalchemy.com was the single best supplement I have ever used.  This was back in 2010-2011... and have spent a small fortune on supplements before that.  

But it is all an individual preference so others most likely may not get much in benefits from the same.

Ormus is a gas.  Best to build a MEOW kettle or buy a water trap from somewhere like cherokegold.net or other similar very cheap method for long-term use.  

There are others who have used ormus for ailments such as cancer which I can see it being helpful.  As well as being said to repair DNA damage.  ormus and indium (e.g. silver bullet) are my favorite trace elements.

Gold is not stable in a monatomic state. Even if there was a way to alter the electrons of gold to make it stable in such a state, the idea that these hippies who clearly know nothing about chemistry, have the knowledge and equipment to do such a thing is laughable.

little things, which seem to be stacking to be honest... easier to focus, like on goals or what have you... more ability to let go of things, or find another solution to an un-harmonic "encounter" reaching the vibrational state , where I would go to access akashic records, is much easier.. actually the symptoms/signs that say, "your in the zone" are there frequently,, more constant. The biggest thing I noticed is my disposition is generally positive, even around negative people. A little more sleep then usual.
There is something else I am noticing, and I am not sure how to explain it...aside from actually parallel shifting... people are forgetting things.. that just happen.. in groups or gatherings... but someone close to my vibration level, notices people are forgetting things as well...the ability to notice signs or just get things before they happen, much quicker now. knowing the outcome of events before they are finished unfolding, but already in the process of unfolding...there are also strange things, calling what cards are, or dice rolling, not just lucky either, I called 10 rolls of dice, and they landed as I called them... and I will say this.. all these "strange things" don't even seem strange at all...kinda feels like "home" . I have halfway finished another bottle and got two more already... I will post a link where I got mine.

they supplied a spoon for dosage as well... but only the first order.. I didnt get a spoon on the second order... perhaps "new customer".

EDIT: One more thing I forgot,,, perhaps I am not quite sure if it is my natural genius   , or if I am getting help from the gold, but my ability to comprehend things I do not know is much quicker...I have been playing with electronics lately and, no problems drawing up schematics, designing systems to work and even programming the microprocessors. I actually have a good project, that is all programmed and ready to go, waiting for parts to arrive.... It happened very quickly. I had to learn how to code the microprocessor.
