CS, was wondering if you could advise which of my supplements I should pulse (on 2 months off 2 weeks etc), if any?
Just not sure if this is even neccesary but thought it would be a good idea to ask.
Magnesium 400mg/day
NAC 600mg2x/day
Ginkgo 250mg/day
MSM 8 grams/day
VitC 4 grams/day
Rhodiola 250mg/day
Also curious about benfotiamine. I take 350-700mg/ day for weeks at a time to help with some nerve issues I have. Wondering about any knowledge you might have in regards to this.
Also, should MSM be taken empty stomach?

Everyone is very unique, so without knowing your medical history it's difficult to say.
However, some of what you listed are things that are best not pulsed, these would be MSM and Magnesium. For everything else, it depends. Also there are many different causes of nerve issues, so without knowing for certain, Benfotiamine maybe important (or not), although for some types is very important.

I know it would be ideal to have an actual consult, but I would say I'm relatively healthy, no major stuff going on. Obviously got this varicocele I'm dealing with, but nothing else major I can think of. Maybe minor stuff like most other people, but nothing I can think of that stands out.
