liposomal vitamin

I read some topic here about using liposomal vitamin C topically.

they note that "physical mixture of A2P with empty cationic MLV resulted in the greatest skin penetration and retention in hairless mouse skin."

what is exactly "empty cationic" ? whats the difference with the liposomal form we get using soy lecithin ?

So bad I dont have access to the full study, if someone have a dropbox and could upload it, it would be nice.

Also, how people here use it topically ? Pure solution or they mix it in something else ? I think a 5% solution would be the best way to go.
