liquid melatonin for hair growth?

There was a topic on here a couple of weeks ago about a german study who got good result of hair growth using melatonin. So I went down to the local health store and bought some liquid melatonin and started rubbing it on my head. Surprisingly, my hair looks better. Maybe it's the hair shafts just getting thicker but it definitely looks better than before. I can't post pics on here (dont know how and dont really wanna learn) but so far something seems to be working...even if it's cosmetic. I'll be looking for new hairs popping up but it's a bit early...only a couple of weeks. Try some liquid melatonin (or crush some pills in water and alcohol). It's pretty cheap too.

Melatonin is a very powerful antioxidant. You can increase your melatonin naturally by simply dimming the lights in your house and sleeping with the lights out (artificial and sun light suppress melatonin). I used to sleep with the light on because I was scared of the boogey man, but, in doing so, it suppressed melatonin levels.

melatonin Im not sure yet we can supplement with it, especially since the half life seems very low. But im sure its very good for hair.

A study showed an increase like 300to 400% increase by consuming banana and orange after 120min, but then the serum melatonin decrease to previous one..
