Neutral henna and coriander topical. Anyone heard about it?

Hello everyone: long story short, I met a pretty interesting guy who claims to know a lot about natural remedies. He is articulate and makes sense. We had interesting conversations about hair loss in particular and I would like to know if you guys who are really knowledgeable about this stuff heard about the things he mentions. I really want to be cautious.
Among other things, he claims that a mix of neutral henna and coriander is more potent than minoxidil to treat MPB. I made some research and didnt find much. Have you guys got an opinion about this? Does this combo make sense to stimulate blood flow?
