THANKS A LOT Empty THANKS A LOT

Today I would like to take some time to thank this awesome community I found around couple of years ago. I was 25 back then and just started to lose hair. It got escalated in no time and I started shedding non stop (few hundreds a day). I was an emotional mess. Hair loss runs in my family or rather I should put it as - "we are predisposed to some environmental factors affecting hair". I wandered aimlessly on the internet stumbling upon random websites and blogs that were trying to sell stuff they say that works wonders on you hair. I might have actually bought one or two of them. The actual shedding never stopped though. All my goals in life were sidelined because of this and all I could think 24/7 was my hair. At one point I even thought about taking the risk to scarifice my manhood for some hair (propecia). And that is when I came across this website. I remember when I was reading through the posts 90% of the terminology used and the stuff dicussed escaped me. Most of it still does. But I slowly started experimenting different things that I learnt here (chelation, gluten free foods, thyroid health, low glyemic, avoiding dairy products, cortisol inhibition, avoiding vegetable oils...and lot else.... ) It took around two years for me to understand what my body wants and rejects. I am still learning and it is very clear to me now that understanding your body is a very slow process and a very important one that most people I know ignore completely until they are struck with something chronic or severe. I still lost lots of hair during those 2 years and there has been countless times that I skipped the routine and ate junk. But there has been a gradual improvement in the hair department and definitely a tremendous improvement on how I feel through out the day.

To all the great contributors to this community, please never stop sharing the knowledge.

THANKS
