how to keep arteries clean of fatty deposits?
My dad had an artery in his neck (carotid) cleaned out after he had a stroke a few years ago. He is taking aspirin and lipitor to help with the cholesterol. But I wonder if there are any supplements or maybe apple cider vinegar that can help the arteries stay clean?

I would say ACV yeah.
Other options are plant sterols, lecithin/choline and probably coconut oil
Oh and hydrogen peroxide apparently does it but that's probably a bit overkill unless he wants to kill any bacterial or fungal infections at the same time!

Thanks. I heard that once an artery has been cleaned out it can't be cleaned out if it plugs up again. Scary.

Clearing arteries of plaque?
Iodine
Magnesium Orotate
Vitamin K2
EPL (Essential Phospholipids)
Toco-sorb (tocotrienols (a through g isomers)
Heavy Metal Chelation.
(there's more, but really no point...these will do the job).

CS: EPL's like phosphatidylcholine/serine, lecithin, etc.? What do you consider to be the best source?

While plain lecithin would work, an EPL (an essential phospholipid) contains small liposomes that will have no trouble whatsoever absorbing, whereas a lesser amount of a standard phospholipid product such as Lecithin will go through the tiny micelles.

However, eradicating calcium is build up is far more important. Decalcify can accomplish the removal of both cholesterol plaque and calcium build up.

Hi Shaftless,
First of you will want to alkalize the blood, you can monitor this by "Live Blood Analysis", if you look in the phone book you should be able to find someone close to do this. Other option is by your self a dark field microscope from ebay.
1. Bi-Carb soda for 2 weeks, half a teaspoon morning and half teaspoon at night in a glass of water
2. Supergreens (Chlorella, Spirulina, etc....) work up to a high dose start slowly as this can take time for the gut to handle. Mix in 750 mls of water and drink through out the day
3. ACV can be used but only for short times, I would say 1 month is safe, ACV is very acidic and does irritate the gut lining, but does remove fats from the liver and clean out the arteries.
4. MSM - 1 heap teaspoon in the morning and 1 heap teaspoon at night in a glass of water. It will clean out calcification of arteries - please Google heart/stroke calcification and MSM.
6. Vitamin K2 - taken daily this will help keeping the calcium out of the arteries
5. Drink at least 2 litres of a water a day
Most important is you need to keep an eye on the blood, you will need to separate the red blood cells but alkalizing, super-greens and bi-carb soda are the only things that will do this quick. But as I said before you will need a microscope or a health practice with one.
I should mention stay away from high Lectin foods, e.g. Nightshade vegetables, all grains and dairy this will stop the red blood cells clumping together.
Good Luck.
