Good brand of vitamin D to try? Empty Good brand of vitamin D to try?

I get confused with the difference between vitamin d and vitamin d3, which one should I supplement with that is all natural and not synthetic? What dosage should I start off with?

5000-6000 IU. Good idea to take Vitamin K with this.

K2 required from animal sources. Green veggies have K1, no cigar.

Just got it in the mail. It says just use one drop on your tongue, would it matter if I dropped it on a meal I was eating?

Vitamin D3 (not D2).

D3 is animal based, D2 is vegetable based.

I have a supplement from mushrooms that claims it's D3.
